The next member of the team we want to introduce to you is Antti, our Sound Designer! We're very excited to be working with Antti as he also completed a SEP Year at the University Of Portsmouth!

Hello all! We know that we’ve been super quiet the past couple months, but rest assured we have been busy. It’s been a while since we last released a devlog so today we want to share with you where we are with the development of Rise Of The Jemhaji and some exciting studio developments.

The next team member we want to introduce you to is one of our brilliant Character Artists, Zoe! She has just completed the artwork for the main bad guys in Rise Of The Jemhaji, The Dravu, and is now working on some NPCs!

Earlier this year, Lauren was approached by the University of Portsmouth's Creative Careers team to write a blog post documenting her experience on a self-employed placement so far, as well as give her fellow students advice on setting up their own games studio during their placement year.

We'd like to thank the Creative Careers team for allowing Lauren to talk about Dyak Studios on the university's official blog, and we hope that the insight that she has given will be useful for the next cohort of students.
